Dr Sanvir is the man. I used to suffer with regular headaches, stiff neck and shoulder, and lower back pain for as long as I can remember. Within 2 weeks, 90% of the pain went away and after 3 months my … spine is pretty much straight, fewer headaches and no pain in my neck, shoulder or lower back. My sleeping has improved as well! I have been seeing Dr Sanvir since June 2015. Before coming to see him, I struggled with my joints – It was extremely painful and difficult to bend. I had been suffering with this for the past year but it kept getting worse. Sanvir has shown me the beneficial value of chiropractic in both mind and body. Following the beneficial sessions for my joints, he has also devoted time to work on my back which had worn with age. I am now feeling much better, both mentally and physically.

- For the past three years, my elderly Mum has been in the most awful lower back and right leg pain and no amount of physiotherapy, very strong medication or alternative therapies could alleviate her agony. Her mobility had become compromised and she was using a walking stick indoors and on the few occasions she would venture out. It affected her social life which she had enjoyed up to that point. We randomly came across an advertisement for Healing Hands Chiropractic and just thought ‘why not give this a go?’. We made a booking and on Mum’s first visit the front office staff that we met were so kind and empathic: so far we’ve met Avril, Arzo, Jean & Annie and you are also likely to meet Tigger (a very well-mannered and cute🥰 dog, really tiny). The premises consists of a welcoming reception area and private consulting areas plus treatment areas that provide a level of privacy for patients. Then we met Dr. Sanvir, a very amiable man. He went through Mum’s symptoms, listening thoroughly and then advised about what his work might entail. Dr. Sanvir took Mum through all the tests, ensuring her comfort through it all. Everything had been carried out in a very professional manner and we left the practice feeling quite hopeful that this form of therapy was worth a try. We returned a couple of days later for the consultation about the results. All the information was explained to us in clear and easy-to-understand formats: visual aids such as a model of a spine, images of a healthy spine alignment and Mum’s actual x-ray images. These helped us to understand Mum’s issues and to make an informed decision about her treatment. Mum was able to commence her treatment immediately and has now had regular sessions with Dr. Sanvir. It is often evident when he finds ‘that spot’ and Mum’s reaction is almost a ‘yeah, right there!’. Whilst we can’t say Mum is cured or even if she’ll have a cure, she has had immense relief and is experiencing less pain with her mobility. Mum even ‘forgets’ to use her walking stick sometimes and we have to remind her that she’s forgotten something… we don’t want her undoing any of what she has been gaining. Mum’s treatment will continue for as long as it helps her. I hope anyone reading this can find an appropriate treatment for their condition as my Mum has done. Funke L11/01/2024I came across Healing Hands Chiropractic during on online search for a service that could support me and help with my pain levels and neurological symptoms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I was very impressed with the process that Dr Sanvir took me through. We had X-rays and nueroscans to ascertain where the problems were before Dr Sanvir and the team at Healing Hands Chiropractic put together a treatment plan. Understanding that my treatment and healing was a process, I attended my sessions diligently. Then one day, just before my first treatment block ended, something in my neck and shoulders shifted: for the first time in years, I was able to put my head on a pillow to sleep with no pain. My neck has been pain free since, albeit stiff at times, but it is a process and i am continuing to work with the team at Healing Hands towards alleviating the pressure on my spine and surrounding muscles so i can be being pain free. The staff at reception are such a delight, so polite and friendly, and really pick up your spirits everytime you pop by. Munaza Nisa12/25/2022I came to Healing Hands a few months ago having had 10+ years of mid back pain and shoulder pain. I had been to see countless professionals beforehand including osteopaths, physio, NHS and private consultants and had had x-rays and MRI scans done. All avenues drew a blank and I was told either that there seemed to be nothing wrong with my back, recommended pain therapy, or they simply didn’t know how to help. I was feeling completely disheartened. I discovered Healings Hands by searching for a posture alignment clinician as this was the most recent avenue that was suggested to me and went along for their ‘full body MOT scan and assessment’. What struck me most was that they were using equipment and scans that no other profession had used on me before. Dr Sanvir was welcoming, knowledgable and thorough. He explained my results clearly and for the first time since starting my back pain journey, I saw results that reflected the pain I was experiencing. I’m a few months into my treatment and although I still experience pain, the severity and frequency has been reduced. This is the first time I’ve had any sustained relief from the intensity of the pain. - My experience at Healing was incredible! I'm 34 years old, I had some pain in my shoulder, a little in my lower back, 3 sessions and I feel much better. Angelica Alves12/18/2023I had a neck & back pain issue from few months and one of my friend suggest me to visit the chiropractic and booked the appointment with Healing Hands where Dr. Sanveer did the initial diagnose and explained the detailed report to me in very simple manner before starting the treatment, and after few sessions my neck & back muscles become very relaxed and it improves my sleep cycle as well. I never felt like that before which i experienced after these sessions, my energy level and full body become very light and relaxed. In the absence of Dr. Saveer , Dr. Chintan took one of my chiropractic session and it was equally good as Dr. Sanveer session, so there is no gap even in the absence of Dr. Sanveer because Dr. Chintan was there to provide the session in his absence. - I came to Healing Hands with sciatic pain a few months ago. Dr. Chintan put me on a 3-phase treatment programme that not only addressed that but the other imbalances in my body (posture and neck). - I have been suffering from back pain for years (neck, shoulders and lower back). I came across the Healing Hands Clinic when searching for a place where I could have tests AND treatments done. HH Clinic not only offers X-rays but scans too. This is a big plus when you don't have time to waste. I've been going there for a few months now, and the result has been incredible considering that I was constantly in pain, stiffy and tense. Dr Sanvir did a comprehensive assessment using various techniques to measure the state of my spinal health during my initial assessment. Then the treatment was tailored for my specific needs and adjusted as necessary. A phased approach was taken, to ensure there were proper check points. I have just finished my first phase and can already see massive results from the adjustments. I have struggled to find this level of care in my area and am really impressed with the treatment provided. They really do help get to the root cause of pain and since treatment has started I feel a big difference in my body slowly but surely positive results. I have been suffering from severe discomfort in my neck and shoulder over the past year or so and have been desperate to at least find out what was going on. I had to take painkillers and use muscle creams and heatpacks to get any sort of relief. I had never done chiropractor sessions before, but I'm glad my husband pushed me to do it. In the first two sessions, Dr. Sanvir thoroughly went all the details using high spec machinery and really digging deep into the root cause of the issues. It was refreshing to actually get an x-ray to show the severity of misalignment in my neck and spine. I finally got an explanation for the type of pain I was feeling. I started my sessions immediately after the second consultation and had felt a tiny noticeable difference. It felt like a weight had been lifted off. With chiropractor treatments, there's always going to be a period of adjustment to the side effects like dizzy spells, which I had experienced. But on my 4 th session, this has significantly reduced, and Dr sanvir has always checked in on how I have been feeling throughout the week to tailor the adjustments accordingly. My first visit was in February 2011, after year of back pain and associated symptoms. Myself and my family are now complete converts to the benefits of chiropractic treatment and wish to share our story with anyone investing in their health. I have always suffered from lower back pain since being a teenager. I knew there was a weakness there. My back pain continued in my twenties but was no more than an uncomfortable ache, something that I ignored and put up with. During my pregnancy with my first baby, I suffered with terrible back ache which was compounded by a difficult labour and birth. The year following my daughter’s birth was challenging.

I’ve been coming to Healing Hands Chiropractic for a few months. And it’s really really changed my life. When I came here I wasn’t doing anything very much. I’m 84 but I feel like I’m 25 now. Because I’m going on holiday. I’m able to stand for more than 10 minutes without having to sit down. Because of the pain. The pain in my back in gone and I’ve had it since I was a teenager. From a motor cycle accident. So it’s just marvelouse. I just can’t believe it really. It’s just…I wasn’t expecting it. I thought it might get a little bit better but it’s absolutely gone. Hi, I’m Charley. I’ve been coming to healign Hands Chiropractic now for about 2 months. I have had experience with a Chiropractor before with my children. Who had ear infections and sleep problems. And we were very pleased with that. So when I got the opportunity to have a look at some of the issues I was suffering from. I took the opportunity. I’ve just started boxing and I was finding that after training I was getting a lot of awful pain in my lower bakc. It was affecting my sleep. So I also spend a lot of time at my desk working. So came to Healing Hands and one of the things I liked about i twas that they took time to talk about the issues, talk about activities. A little about my lifestyle and also took some x-rays, photos of my posture to understand alignment and really have a deeper understanding of some of the issues that I’ve been suffering from. Another problem was I get a lot of migraines from tension around the neck area. What we found out was I had misalignment in the spine and also one of my shoulders was quite considerably higher than the other one. I’ve been visiting Healign Hands three times a week and the results are amazing! Suprisingly amazing! Probably from my second session. I recovered after boxing 100% better. I literally can’t explain it. I no longer had the pain in the lower back, it dissappeared. I have been able to sleep better. Feeling lighter. Feeling taller. Feeling straighter. After one month we did a check-up. Shoulder alignment had improved. Still some improvement to have. I found that my neck was getting a bit more curvature. I haven’t had a migraine in those two months. I’ve had headaches but not migraines which is a massive change. And I just feel everything is a lot easier. I’m walking a lot easier. I’m sitting more comfortably. I’m walking a lot easier. I’m sitting more comfortably. I’m laying more comfortably. And the best thing I haven’t had to give up boxing.
